  • Files submitted to the Threat Insights Portal are stored temporarily and will not be retained for longer than 30 days.
  • During the analysis process, metadata and content from the submitted files may be extracted for processing and improvement of our services.

  • We collect and store user profile information, including email addresses, names, and other relevant details, to provide and improve our services.

  • We use Cloudflare for DDoS protection, analytics, and IP address blocking to ensure the security and availability of our platform.
  • By using the Threat Insights Portal, you consent to the collection and processing of data as outlined in Cloudflare's policies.

5. User Responsibilities​

  • Users must ensure that they have the right to upload and analyze the files submitted to the platform.
  • Users are prohibited from submitting files that violate any applicable laws or regulations.

  • The Threat Insights Portal is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of the analysis results.
  • We are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our platform.

7. Changes to the Terms​

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms of service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
