When you create an account on Threat Insights Portal, we collect basic browser identifiers (such as IP addresses and User-Agent strings) to prevent spam and fraudulent activities. This authentication data is retained for a maximum of 30 days and is also processed by Cloudflare as part of their bot protection and abuse prevention systems.
The only personal data we collect includes your email address (optional), username, login sessions (including User-Agent), and reports associated with your profile. Information you choose to display on your public profile is your responsibility. If harmful or inappropriate data is provided on your public profile, we reserve the right to disable your account and remove related data.
Opt-Out and Data Deletion
You may request the deletion of all your data at any time by contacting us via email or by opening a support ticket on our Discord server. Upon request, we will provide you with all "personal data" we hold and ensure its complete removal from our systems.
Captcha
We use HCaptcha and Cloudflare Turnstile Captcha to protect our services from abuse and attacks. When you interact with these captchas, basic browser data such as your IP address and User-Agent may be shared with the respective providers.
